Energy Performance Certificates Scotland

Brear Associates were appointed to prepare Energy Performance Certificates for a portfolio of properties in various sites across Scotland ranging from the Borders region to the Isle of Skye and up to Thurso in the far north.  Many of the sites also required section 63 Action Plans because the properties were greater than 1000m² in floor area and failed the test for compliance with 2002 Building Regulation standards.

Sites ranged in age and size, but most were of industrial construction methods.  All sites were inspected, and all reports issued to an agreed time programme
