Homebuyers Surveys

Brear Associates provide a regular service for RICS Homebuyers Survey and Valuation reports to a regular client for the developers who use a Part Exchange buying service for their new homes.

Survey inspections are undertaken within 48 hours of instruction, obviously subject to being able to access a property with the final written report being delivered within a further 48 hours of the inspection taking place.  A range of properties have been inspected on this commission.
