Planning Consent And Listed Building Consent Achieved For North Arms Pub

Brear Associates have received both Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the refurbishment and repair of the North Arms pub in Wroxton.  The pub has been closed for approximately 5 years and was subject to being designated an Asset of Community Value by Cherwell District Council.

The building was purchased by Wroxton College in 2016 with plans to bring the building back into use as a trading pub and restaurant business.  A series of feasibility studies followed with a scheme eventually agreed with the Planners and Conservation Officers.

Currently the scheme design is now under review to ensure costs remain within the budget.
